Being one of the fan of MC, I always admires her ability in song writing and her singing ability that can give life to a song (not every song though).
Through The Rain is one of her best song ever since. Though her vocal in this song may not be as strong as some of her previous songs like Hero, Can't Take That Away, but no doubt it is one of her most personal song ever since Butterfly. I especially like when the song starts with percussion tune and then the piano adds in. Nice job she has done. I usually skip the remix version as it is not the cup of my tea. Bringing On The Heartbreak thoug is a live version, but I will say that it is much better than the album version. I love the song so much and she really gives it the "taste" and "flavour" into this song. This song should be a single and commercially released. Though once again her vocal is not as strong as before, but it is because her vocal is damaged in away and I definitely will wait for the "real" powerhouse diva-Mariah Carey to come back with her best tip-top voice as she is the only diva that can be compared with Celine Dion, who is also a very talented powerhouse diva.
